Pilates is my passion and Heartcore is my home. I’m a Northern Irish actor and fitness fanatic. As a West End and Broadway leading lady, I use our Coreformer and mat classes to push my mind and body to new heights. I love feeling strong and ready to take on the world. I want my classes to lift you up and challenge your limits. Let’s have a smile and a song in our hearts as we sweat together! I want to give people the same endorphin rush I adore that comes from movement. Nothing is more energising and satisfying than seeing someone finishing a class filled with joy. My goal is to show people that you are always stronger than you think. Your body wants to move and together we can push the limits of our body and mind. Both inside and outside of the studio.
