Growing up in a dance studio, movement and music was always part of my daily ritual. This foundation has allowed me to dream big, explore my body in ways I love, and push myself to be open to change. I truly believe that teaching is a gift. We give so much to our guests and get so much in return. In my classes I focus a lot on the breath; slow steady movement working with your breath; however, I love a fast transition between each move to keep the hearts in the room pumping. Together we put in the work and together we see the results.
