Moving to London played a big part in my journey to understanding and accepting who I am, and finding what I truly love to do. I’ve always been passionate about dance as a great way to unwind and recentre. Most of all I’m captivated by people embracing the highest expression of themselves, fascinated by each individual; our unique gifts and dreams. I enjoy seeing others stepping into their greatest selves and everywhere I go I wish to create a space where people can feel free, comfortable and empowered to do that. I want to encourage others to face their limits - physically and mentally - and reach their truest potential. My mission is to leave people feeling stronger, more confident and connected with their body, mind and spirit.
