Self-proclaimed coffee snob, sun-seeker and former dancer, who loves leading a healthy, active and balanced lifestyle. I'd say I'm a fun, positive and bubbly character, with a touch of sarcasm on the side. I love to work with others, and I'm constantly striving to learn more in order to share my knowledge and help people move their bodies effectively so they feel good, not just in the studio, but in everyday life too. I grew up dancing, performing and learning from some of the best in the arts, and although performing was once my greatest passion, I’ve learnt that fitness is what I really love and being in the studio is where I thrive. I take a balanced, whole-body approach to my classes, and whilst I focus strongly on form and technique, we will always have fun! I want you to feel positive and to appreciate what your body can do, yet give you a challenge and ignite a belief inside of you that you are capable of whatever you set your mind to.
