Sarah is passionate about the powerful connection between mind and body. Rooted in dance, but inspired by the world of movement, Sarah loves every way of moving, opening and releasing the body. The only rule, it’s got to feel good!

Isn’t it amazing what the breath can do!? And yet, we rarely think about it. In and out, in and out, all day long (about 25,000 times a day!). No matter what you eat, how much you exercise, how young or wise you are — none of it matters if you’re not breathing properly.

Thankfully with more exposure to the mindful practices of yoga and meditation, we are now more aware of the power our breath holds and how to use it to alter our flow of energy, improve our performance and rejuvenate your organs. And although any time of day is a good time, if you start your day with some energising breath work, you’re bound to set yourself up for success. 

So today, think less and follow your breath.
